DELIVERY & RETURNS
Here at Love and Love Limited, we work hard to ensure that your shopping experience is one that you are very happy with. This policy details how we handle delivery and returns, what your responsibilities are, what our responsibilities are and how to get help if you are unsure or have a problem.
1. You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.
2. If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them if they are returned to us.
3. The goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the goods before accepting them.
1. We have a legal duty to supply the goods in conformity with the contract and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.
2. Upon delivery, the Goods will:
a. Be of satisfactory quality
b. Be reasonably fit for any particular purpose for which you buy the goods which, before the contract is made, you made known to us (unless you do not actually rely, or it is unreasonable for you to rely, on our skill and judgment) and be fit for any purpose held out by us or set out in the contract; and
c. Conform to their description.
3. It is not a failure to conform if the failure occurs due to misuse or accidental damage while in your possession.
UK Shipping Costs and Terms
Standard Shipping £2.90 (up to 3 working days)
Next Day Shipping £3.50– To qualify for next day delivery your order must be placed before 3pm.
3 to 5 working days (please check your shipping rates at checkout).
International Shipping (Rest of the World)
5 to 7 working days (Please check your shipping rates at checkout)
Please note that delivered duties are not paid by Love and Love Limited.
Important Customs Information
**When buying from Love and Love Limited from outside the EC or shipping goods to a location outside of the EC Love and Love Limited are not liable for any customs and import fees or duties. International shipping costs are not inclusive of these and must be paid for separately by you (the customer) as appropriate. Please bear this in mind when making your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with the order, please let us know and we will be happy to help. It is important that you contact us immediately. We process our ship orders as quickly as possible which means that once your order has been processed we will be unable to make any changes.
Please email us on email@example.com to activate a return or to ask any questions about returning and item/items.
Please note: All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order (the day that they are delivered to you, not the dispatch date). Please make sure that the original packaging and dust bag, alongside any other packaging is used to safely return your item.
We will check your returned item/s promptly and activate a refund. We will refund monies owed to the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost and any applicable duties) on your order if you return it back to us within 14 days of having physically received the item.
Again, please note that we cannot refund any customs and import fees.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that you have posted out your item along with a tracking number. We suggest you retain proof of postage when making your return.
